Welcome to the Main House Reservation system!

Reservations are NOT considered confirmed until dues AND reservation fees are paid.
Member rates: Apply when at least one member is staying in the room. Annual dues must be paid in full for the current fiscal year.
Non-member rates: Apply when a non-member is staying in the room. The reservation must be made by a paid up member.
Off-season rates (May 15 – June 1, and Labor Day – Oct 15), are 25% discounted for both members and non-members.
Payment for reservations (and dues, hint, hint) may be made by check to RP Hayes, Inc c/o the current Treasurer’s address. Payments may also be done via Paypal or Venmo. Please contact the Treasurer for more details via Treasurer@HayesCamp.com.
For assistance and/or questions in regards to reservations, please use Reservations@HayesCamp.com to reach the current “Reservations Manager”. S/he will receive a copy of your reservation via email and will follow up with the Treasurer regarding the member’s dues status.

Granny’s Room
Members: $15 – $20 per night
Non-members: $52.50 – $70 per night
Granny’s Room (two twins)
This room is in the original part of the house off the living room, overlooking the Lake, and consists of two twins beds and a connecting bathroom. (Note that the bathroom is also used by day visitors to the main house, but may be locked off from the living room when the bathroom is in use.)
Ovalside Annex Room
Members: $15 – $20 per night
Non-members: $22.50 – $30 per night
Ovalside (two twins)
This is the small twin-bedded room facing the Oval. Shares a bathroom with the Lakeside Annex Room.
Lakeside Annex Room
Members: $15 – $20 per night
Non-members: $45 – $60 per night
Lakeside Annex (two twins)
This is the room in the Annex facing the Lake. It is typically set up as a king but can be converted to two twins at the occupants’ discretion. It shares a bathroom with the Ovalside Room.
Common Areas
Members: $0
Common Rooms
This represents all the non-bedroom common areas in the Main House – kitchen, dining room, living room, deck and patio. Primarily to be used when a member requests use of the Main House for a private party.
